Honestly, I don't think she's actually trying to ruin food for me, but after watching her latest masterpiece, I might not be able to eat an orange for weeks (okay, maybe months).

In the new Instagram video, the dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD spares you of all the blood and gore that usually comes along with making incisions and just gets right to the good stuff: poppin' those pilar cysts , which are made up of excess keratin and shed skin tissue, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine .

"I might've actually opened it a little, so I feel like if I squeeze at it, it's going to squirt at us. So I'm going to try to loosen it [up a bit]," Dr. Pimple Popper says. (She's clearly just teasing her viewers-she knows they live for the squirt.)

While there's no explosion action in this extraction (unfortunately), there is still plenty of yuck to suit your fancy. After gently opening the incision further with tools, Dr. Pimple Popper pushes on the pilar cyst while pointing out that "Everyone backs away. At least my girls do."

When the pilar cyst finally emerges, it comes out as a little round formation that, yes, looks like an orange seed in shape, size, and color. Yum!

But the doc's audience seems to think the rock of yuck is more veggie-like: "It's the size of a pea," a woman says in the background, her voice getting louder as, you can assume, she moves closer to the patient's head to get a better look. "Huh, yeah it's bigger than you think. Actually, it's like the size of a baby tooth," she adds.
