That's the case for Dr. Pimple Popper, at least. In her newest Instagram video, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD has one massive blackhead in her sights-specifically a dilated pore of Winer-and it's pretty hard to miss, even though it's lurking on a hairy area.

Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the Instagram video: "Its a #jungle out there, you never know what might POPup..." Brace yourselves, that sounds like a warning coming from the doc.

The video begins with a quick overview of the blackhead before jumping ahead to the real work. "When it was much smaller, my girls liked to squeeze it," the patient tells Dr. Pimple Popper .

Dr. Pimple Popper has already sliced across the top of the blackhead so she's ready to start squeezing-and boy does she squeeze. She put a little bit too much muscle into this one for her patient to tolerate. When she asks, "Are you okay? Little bit of pain?" her patient only mumbles.

Not to worry, Dr. Pimple Popper has it under control and gets back in position in no time. The blackhead is already starting to purge its contents (it looks kind of like a head of green leaf lettuce, tbh.).

There's a lot more where that came from. The contents appear to grow up and out of the opening in the skin with each squeeze from Dr. Pimple Popper's nimble fingers. The goo changes colors and shape. What started as a greenish-yellow is now a bright white. Once everything is out in the open, the doctor snips away at the base to remove all traces of the blackhead. It really is a jungle in Dr. Pimple Popper's office.
